I can only send photos with my messages to other iPhones not to android phones

when you send iPhone -> iPhone, you're using iMessages, they appear blue.
to send from iPhone to Android, you have to allow MMS, under Setting->Messages->MMS messaging.
then you need to enable cell data, and viol, your photos will be sent to Android phones!
MMS marked green, as normal SMS
