iOS 14 “Could not activate cellular data network”

How many of you have gotten this error message? All my apps do not work and neither does safari. Yet phone calls work fine. What is going on with ios14? Tried all the tricks. Even did a FACTORY RESET and still no progress. Very frustrating.
