You can find a link to the macOS 10.15 Catalina installer within this Apple article which also includes instructions for creating a bootable macOS USB installer.

A bootable macOS USB installer gives you more options in case something goes wrong during the upgrade.

Make sure to have a good backup before attempting to upgrade macOS.

Your MacBook Pro is compatible so you can upgrade. Try searching the App Store for Catalina. If found, you can download it directly from there. If not, you can also download from here - Download macOS Catalina 10.15.5.
