You can find a link to the macOS 10.15 Catalina installer within this Apple article which also includes instructions for creating a bootable macOS USB installer.

A bootable macOS USB installer gives you more options in case something goes wrong during the upgrade.


Make sure to have a good backup before attempting to upgrade macOS.
