Picasa wont install on my new 2021 iMac

Hello,

I bought a new iMac for work and I must use Picasa.

The only issue that Google stopped updating it cause they no longer use it and Apple wont let me install it on my new mac. On my older macs everything is great. How can I solve this?

Can I downgrade my OS on my new mac ? Or maybe use time machine to install my older mac OS on my new mac so I can run Picasa on it?

I must use this software .

Thank you!

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

You cannot downgrade to a version of macOS earlier than what your Mac shipped with. You should have access to your Picasa albums online through Google Photos.

Your only option to run Picasa on a new Mac would be to create a virtual machine of Mojave or earlier using Parallels Desktop, VMWare Fusion or VirtualBox, then install a copy of Picasa in the VM.
