Hi,

My iphone 11 touchscreen suddenly is not working. I have below 2 questions

How can i backup my data to computer if i have not trusted any device?
Also, how can i start Siri voice over when my phone is unlocked?
How can i copy all my pictures in laptop ?

Backup phone when touch screen not working? I dropped my phone tonight and it is broken to the point of the touch screen not working. Is there any way I can get the information off of my phone without using the touch screen? I can see the display, press buttons, and talk to siri but thats about it. I want to get any pictures, texts, app data, or anything else that I can onto the cloud or on my computer so i can transfer them to a different device later.

Can't backup iphone due to touch screen not working How can I allow access to sync phone to itunes on my computer? Touch screen is not working so I can not allow access from phone screen, and iphone store states it will take 2 weeks to get part to fix my current phone. If I can get current phone backed up somehow I will just go buy a new phone.

Backing up a faulty iPhone Hi I need to backup my iPhone 5S onto my mac, however I've smashed the screen of my iPhone. The phone still turns on and functions, but it's smashed badly to the point where the touchscreen no longer works. When I try to sync my phone to my mac it asks me to select 'trust' this device on my iPhone, which I can't select because of the smashed screen. Is there another way to back up my phone without actually needing to touch the screen on it?

If you're doing anything that requires you entering a command on the phone then you can't. If you used iCloud to for certain sync services such as syncing photos then they should be in iCloud and accessible from anything with that ID. I suspect if you set the phone to also back up to iCloud then other things such as settings and data will be available, albeit requiring a full device restore.
