iPhone stuck on the Apple logo

My iPhone 10s is stuck on the apple logo and I’ve tried restarting it many times and nothing changes. The apple logo goes and comes back since early this morning.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - https://support.apple.com/HT201412
