Mac OS Big Sur - Missing "Edit" Option on Notifications

Okay - I took the plunge. By in large I'm happy with Big Sur, it must have fixed some problem I didn't know I had and everything launches much fast. I want to add functions or "Widgets" to the Notification Center, like the Calendar but the "Edit" button is missing form the bottom of that menu. It just isn't there.

That is not Notification Center... click on the date to open Notification Center:
