App Updates fail to start!

I've got apps from a few days ago on different devices, and also my kids on child accounts AND my wife on her own itunes account and the app stores says x number of updates available and they wont start. Update all or update each one still fails to start. What is going on with the app store updates???

Please help! This is super annoying!
