Very frustrating that you cannot read or comprehend instructions. Read above again to answer your question. It's no longer located in the "develop" menu.
And it would be a good idea to start your own thread. Many people here don't revisit old threads--this one is over three yeas old. Starting your own thread here is the preferred method because you get focused help without diluting the help the OP desrves.
