Using Desktop 1 on dual monitors without mirroring

Hello,

Is it possible to be able to use 1 desktop on multiple displays without using the mirror display option? So using the extended desktop feature.

The problem I'm having currently is that my second monitor is defaulted as a second desktop, so everything treats anything I do on it as a second desktop instead of as an extension of desktop 1. The only way I can see to remedy this is to use mirror displays but I don't want to use that.

See if this is it—

Two Monitors, A Full Screen Video, verify—

Navigate to  > System Preferences > Mission Control and check if Displays have separate Spaces is selected.
