Phone calls cutting out

My phone calls cut out if someone calls me while I am on a call or if my answerphone calls me. I have seen several people having this problem and asking for help but no resolution

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

I have been posting about this for years. There is no pattern. Sometimes it cuts out if I am on a call and a What's App or Voicemail comes in; but sometimes it doesn't. The only pattern is that no one from Apple reads these messages, or that they just don't care.
