music/tv controller on watch...

Every time that I play music or a video on my iPhone, a controller appears on my watch. how can I turn it off?

Open the Watch app on your iPhone.

Tap General.

Tap Wake Screen.

Tap the switch next to Auto-Launch Audio Apps so it's in the"off" position.
