I need to hook up a new apple id to my apple watch that I used a different apple id on when i set it up!

I got a new phone and i need to hook it up to it. When I got the apple watch about a year ago i had a different apple id and i recently changed it for like the 5th time. Any suggestions on how to do a hard reset on the watch to put a new apple id in it?

How to erase old Apple ID of Apple Watch to set up I reset my apple phone trying to pair it to my Apple Watch but it keeps saying to login with my old Apple ID bc that’s the one I set it up with won’t let me sign into my current Apple ID , I don’t remember the pasword for the other one and I’m having a hard time resetting it , is there a way to make it forget the old Apple ID ?

My older Apple Watch has my old Apple ID and I don’t remember it. Can I reset my Apple Watch series 3 with my new Apple id?
