I received an Apple Watch band with the actual watch for Christmas however it’s the wrong size, I’ve been waiting for the stores to open to return it however because of COVID I haven’t been able to, when stores open will I still be able to return it

I would suggest you contact Apple Support for help in arranging the correct band size. Don't wait until it becomes too late and they won't take it back.
