Changing Screen Time Passcode
I forgot my Screen Time passcode, I have tried to use the “Forgot Screen Time Passcode” link under the Screen Time section in Settings but it won’t accept any Apple ID’s I could have set it up with what can/should I do?

You will need to do this If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
