The Snoopy show seems to freeze only had this problem with this show

We have had the same issue the last two days....we're also streaming on a Samsung TV....really frustrating to try to watch with my toddler! Have to keep leaving the show and going back in but then it keeps happening.
wow I thought I was the only one having this problem. Samsung “smart” tv and Apple TV app. All other shows and movies have worked perfectly fine but my toddler really likes this show and they stop working 2 minutes in every **** time.

It won’t even start on mine. It just keeps saying “An error occurred”. And it’s only with this one show. I’ve tried restarting it; nothing works.
Yes, it's absolutely weird. Happens every single time.
