I need help man I been having phone issues for about 2 months I need it fixed so I bought a iPhone 11 max pro from a fiend she paid it off and I put my SIM card in it it works for about 2 months now sprint says it’s the phone I really need to know why

Doesn't matter where you bought it. It's carrier locked and only the carrier can remove it. They do not have to do it.
