Screen mirroring

When I first got my phone it was fine to screen record, but one day it just wouldn’t let me do it! It said something about “screen recording cannot take place because of air play and screen mirroring restrictions” and Iv Checkef all over the internet but no one seems to know how to stop it so I can screen record again :((
