ios upgrade

just tried to upgrade iphone. upgrade didn't finish correctly. got stuck somehow.

now when I force restart, I get apple logo, then white swipe to upgrade & white data recovery. also asks for my password but doesn't allow enough time to enter it. Then loops again to all the same process.

phone is stuck on install now I bought an iphone 14 and before I could transfer all of my data, it stated I needed a software update. iPhone XR is stuck I have an iPhone XR that was wiped, now during the set up, the iPhone needs to be updated before it allows us into the phone, however, when it’s time to install the update it just keeps loading and nothing happens. I’ve tried 4 times now and nothing changes. how do I fix this
