There isn't really any other option for such a new iPad than Apple, I'm afraid.

Finding local or online, third party Apple authorised, or unauthorised competent repair shops will be tough to find.

No one, but Apple and Apple authorised repair centers have access to actual genuine Apple OEM parts.

So, any other repair shops that are competent enough to install a 2018/2020 laminated touch screen will need to be able to do this and make sure all of the front screen sensors and cameras are still work, especially the FaceID sensors, will be using other damaged iPad Pros of the same year and model and canibalising and intact screen from those damaged iPad models OR maybe using some other third party touch screen that may not be up to Apple specs.

This is what third party repair shops are up against and why companies, like Apple and many others, lobby to kill states movements for “right to repair” using other cheaper third party repair centers or to be able to do DIY repairs of your own electronics device, IF someone has this skill set.

I do not know how severe this iPad Pro screen crack is, but if this were me, you either live with the cracked screen, if the crack/s are not too bad or pay Apple's iPad Pro replacement price.

There are very few alternatives available to customers of damaged Apple devices that are out of warranty.
