Outlook email won’t open on iPhone. OS is current. Outlook opens only briefly... less than one second...then reverts to Home Screen. This is a new problem, the program has worked perfectly for 2 years until today.

Did you just update your iPhone? It may have something to do with that. The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

Having the exact same issue. Performed a forced restart but issue continues.

Outlook email won’t stay open. Click on and it closes to Home Screen within one second. Program operated perfectly for 2 years. Suspect the phone is favoring Apple email, somehow overriding?
