Erase process failed: Couldn’t unmount disk

Hello, I have a MacBook Pro 2011, or 2012 SSD, i7. While erasing my “MAC HD and creating MAC HD, the process failed. It’s states that it couldn’t unmount the disk. :(-69888). There is a process, 667 kextcache in use.

While using “Internet Recovery mode” I have already selected “Show all volumes.” I have tried to erase all three levels of hierarchy unsuccessfully: MAC HD, Container disk2, and APPLE SSD SM512E Media. I am not using Local Recovery Mode.

I haven’t been able to use my computer to for over a year and a half, and I’m at my wits end. Please help.
