Network issues
My phone isn’t picking up network so I called the call centre. They said they will get back to me but still didn’t. Anyone know what I can do ?

Start here:--> If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
(as you can see, you need also to get a reponse from your carrier).
Are you seeing other error messages on your device when you try to reach your mobile network?
