Charging animation not displaying on phone

I have purchase magsafe charger, but its not displaying the charging animation as in the video

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

This does not fix my problem. Though I hear the click sound but not the big round animation. It seems that I wasted my money purchasing magsafe charger, even it takes too much time to recharge and makes the iPhone too hot and therefore the application become in hang state. I want my money back.
