How do I protect my iPhone 8 from being hacked

My iPhone 8 is receiving messages in Messages that appear to be from a hacker. I’m now concerned they have accessed my iPhone and my MacBook Air. How can this be canned for and safely removed?

first of all don't open links nor answer. second - if your iphone is not a jailbroken, it cannot be hacked.

third - if you suspect that your Apple id may be compromised, follow this guide:

In Messages I have been getting messages that appear to be a hack. In one message there was a phone number texted to me that started w +92 which is Pakistan. The text message came from a friends phone, but she is an elderly person who was maybe hacked and then that go through to my phone. I’ve been getting strange messages (like a passage from a book about WWII in France for example) and the owner of the phone assure me she has not sent me anything. I have since deleted her number from Messages and Contacts on my iPhone and my Mac. (when I blocked her number I still received messages but maybe I need to block the number on all my devices??? Any more thoughts?
