How do i remove the U2 album installed on my phone?

You can hide the album temporarily like this:

Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

To permanently remove it you can request apple to remove it from your iTunes library.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
