Microphone set permanently on for screen recording
How can I set my microphone to be permanently on so that sound is always recorded, including my external voice, in my screen recordings?

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with turning on the microphone when screen recording.
Touch and hold the recording button should pop up the option to turn on your microphone: Record the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- "Touch and hold the gray Record button
, then tap Microphone."
Once set, it should stay on, but please be aware: "Some apps might not allow you to record audio. You can't record your screen and use screen mirroring at the same time."
