Hi, I just got my new I phone 12 pro max yesterday. Updated it this morning after which I received a notification that states “ unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple camera”
how do I fix this please?
It's a small "bug" in 14.4.
Wait for a fix and ignore the message.
Hi that seems conforting, but when I google I find that some are saying this is the enhancement to 14.4. It is disturbing warning message as I bought phone directly from Apple and never sent for repair. Apple customer rep does not have a clue what this error is! Just ask me to send the phone back for repair.
It's just a bug.
Reps are working from home and don't always have access to current info.
