Exploding Flash iPhone 11Pro

So the other day while taking pictures my flash made an unusual sound like the old school cube flashes made. It sounded like the flash exploded. After a closer inspection it looks like theres a crack in the middle right in between the two diodes.

Has anyone had the same experience? Please let me know.
