App download

I am having issues Downloading app for work called , Duo Mobile for iOS. It’s keep asking me to verify and to put in information for Apple Pay. I try to do that and it’s saying that my credit card or debit card is incorrect when it is up to date and it is very important for work and I can’t have these issues.
