Subscription cancellation

I have free trial subscription for 3 days one of the scanner app but now amount has been without 3 days ends.. And I have canceled the subscription in the system and please help me to return that subscription amount to my account.

I wanted to cancel my overpayment before my amount was deleted, but that's not possible until I pay. I contacted the company producing the application, but they told me that Apple was responsible for the cancellation. Can you help me, please ? David
