ipad not charging
ipad turned off; wont charge. shows battery screen when i plug it in, then it disappears. been plugged in for an hour. do i need to go to apple support? i bought a new charger and everything :(

i'm not entirely sure what that means. i cant update it bc it wont turn on
Connect it to a computer and open iTunes.
my computer with itunes doesnt actually let me sign into it lol. it ive had that issue for years and gave up
