Credit Note

I recently bought an apple watch online which I returned. It took over a month for me to receive any emails about my package being returned. I got an email from apple saying they have given me a credit note. I have replied to this email 6 times and I have got no response. I do not want a credit note, it is useless to me. I paid with my credit card, why has it not been transferred back into my bank account? This is very very annoying. I can not get any contact info on the website either. Please tell me how I can transfer this credit note into my bank account. I am very unsatisfied with apple.
