iTunes Library Volume adjustment

I have hundreds of songs in my iTunes Library.

The volume adjust level is in the middle for all these songs; I would like to set it at the highest level for each song.

How can I do this so each is accordingly adjusted, without adjusting each song manually?

Thanks for any help.

Select a song. Shift-click another song to select all the songs in between. Press Cmd+i to get Song Info. Tap the Options tab. Set your volume adjustment and click OK.
