Says it’s charging but won’t charge?

So my watch was fine yesterday then i put it on the charger last night and now it’s dead. The green bolt comes on with the circle but the circle never moves and if you take it off the charger it automatically goes to red bolt. It’s only about 7 months old and i have not done any damage to it at all.
