Apple not refunding app I never received
I was charged $599.94 for trying to download (1) Grade Increase Ticket Limited for $99.99. When I tried purchasing it the first time, it didn’t complete so I tried it several more times and it still didn’t work. I then learned that I was charged for all of the attempted purchases because of a malfunction in the MLB game that day, which (1) is all I wanted. I contacted the App itself, but they to told me to contact you, so I then tried contacting Apple “report a problem”, but after review you now say that these 5 purchase are ‘Not Eligible For Refund’. Why?? I never received them and I won’t receive them from the app Com2us MLB 9 innings from Hive. Can you please refund me for $499.95, the 5 purchases I never received? I have several photos to prove it was taken out of my bank account, and a confirmation email from the App (see below).
HIVE Com2uS Global Support has verified that 5 additional purchases of the Grade Increase Ticket Limited Package (MSLZ9G5V13 and MSLZ9W699LL) was not delivered to my MLB 9 Innings ‘20 account as there is a limit of ONE purchase. Please refund me for all 5 of these $99.99 purchases, for a total of $499.95.
