Directional circle on screen all the time

There is a circle that contains arrows pointing up, right, down and left with another small circle in the middle. How do i get rid of this?

You can see that icon in Settings / Accessibility. It is for Zoom. You can turn it off. Go to Zoom Controller and do it there.
