Hi I’m trying to download the nhs Covid 19 app but phone says I need the iOS 13.5 and when I try do that it keeps saying my phone is updated. Any help please
Your device can't run higher than 12.5.1.
Your device can't run higher than 12.5.1.
What is your current iOS version? If it is 12.5.1, then you can’t go any further and you will need a newer phone.
