Very low Beats Flex volume

Since the issue is only happening with your Beats Flex, we'd like to see if resetting the Beats helps, as resetting may help with sound issues. You can find more information under the "Reset Beats Flex" part of this page: Reset your Beats earphones

Please also ensure the firmware has been updated. More about that here: Update the firmware of your Beats product

To help us get a better understanding of the issue, we’d like to ask a few questions.

Does this issue occur only when using your Beats Flex with your iPhone? If you use other headphones with your iPhone, do you experience the same behavior? If so, is "Reduce Loud Sounds" enabled in your iPhone settings?
