when i try to set up face ID the here are the issues by steps
1 - get started which I do at -how to set up ID
2- Position your face with the frame, which I do
at step it get stuck and does not move forward, did I steps e.g. restart etc.

All apple stores remain closed in Uk and spoke to outlets and they said it’s manufacturing issue. The camera is working well and all picture can be taken as before.
is there any way you can help with as I am still under manufacturing warranty.
Lol why would I use with face mask at least this should be thought out question from a customer unless 1st or 2nd Face ID was originally created with mask or specific mask; which will be a laughing stock for me.

By any chance, you aren't trying to use Face ID with a face mask on are you?
He was just asking, neither the first nor second Face ID will work with a mask. Not sure what you are referring to as to being a laughing stock.
Don’t worry you made me smile I was just thinking about those people using mask and complaining for Face ID ; don’t worry.
It is still not working, Facce ID.
