iTunes purchased

I have had iTunes forever and over the years it has gotten progressively messier on the computer, organization wise. I decided to clean everything off and start over again. While tedious I got all of my Amazon purchases downloaded again. When I went to get my iTunes songs it is not showing any purchases? Interesting because they are still on my iPhone. It may be possibly that they were purchased on another account since I may have had a different one, sorry it's an age thing. If it is under a different account any idea on how to find out and access? Thank you.

We understand that after cleaning iTunes and starting over, your purchased iTunes Store songs are no longer showing. We will do our best to assist you with locating them. To redownload purchased songs, review this article: Redownload music.

If you're not seeing some or all of your music, check out this link: If there's an issue when you redownload apps, movies, or other content from Apple. Once there, review the section labeled "If you don't see the item that you want to redownload".

Also, music may be hidden. Make sure the songs aren't hidden by following the steps here: Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books. Once there, tap the section labeled "Unhide music, movies, and TV shows.

If you are unable to locate the purchased songs, they may be associated with a different Apple ID. You can attempt to locate it by accessing the steps in this article: If you forgot your Apple ID. Once you've located the Apple ID and need to reset the password, go through these steps: If you forgot your Apple ID password.
