Apple has nothing to do with Windows. There is no way for them to create features on an operating system that belongs to a different company.
Your beef is with Microsoft.
Also note that running macOS on non Apple Hardware violates Apple's terms of service for their free software.
You want to run macOS you need to buy a Mac. Then you get macOS for free.
If you want to run Windows on a Mac you still need to pay for a Windows license.
