Passwords not accepted by apple but google

I can no longer down load apple store apps that I must have to now fix problems that all of sudden occurred when warranty expired (conspiracy inferences aside)

I now had to submit to a recovery procedure w apple when I believe this procedure would have been resolved as support team of apple can watch you go through your iPhone as you explain your problems. Sounds common senses to a newbie but I’ll defer to , you know the “experts”

all I am asking is to have full access to my iPhone and email accounts that can b easily verified by simple documentation being given over secure communication sites that are required by law . Does anyone have response to enlighten me what I expect as an easy solution isn’t ?
