stage light effect on 2020 macbook 13inch

I purchased my MacBook pro 13in August 2020 after tons of research. Now I am getting the same stage light effect at the bottom of the screen that was a huge issue on older models. Anyone else having this problem? Did it cost you money to get it fixed? This is a brand new computer and I can't believe it is already having issues. This computer has never left my desk so I know that this damage cannot be due to wear and tear.

I had the problem with my 2016 MacBook Pro 13" while it was still under the 1 year warranty. Apple later offered a Service Program that extended coverage for some 2016 models, but mine was before that program and was while still under warranty. I took it to a local Authorized Service Provider and it was fixed under warranty. The following may also help: https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service

I currently have a 2020 MacBook pro 13 inch and haven't had any similar issue.
