Upgrade to Big Sur 11.2 Deleted MS Office 2019 Excel worksheet

After last night's upgrade to Big Sur 11.2, my MS Office 2019 Excel worksheets still open, but I've lost one that I had updated just the day before the upgrade. Can I recover it?

Where was it saved to originally? Go into Time Machine, go to that location, go back in time to just before the upgrade to Big Sur and restore it.
