IGot a sudden message that said it was from Apple that my iPhone was infected and it wanted me to click on a link which I did not do. However I can’t seem to turn off my phone now what do I do
I cannot seem to shut down my phone. I had just gotten a message that was supposed to be from Apple saying my phone had been infected and wanted me to click on a link. I didn’t do that and I exited sll the apps but I cannot shut down my phone. So how do I find out if my phone is infected? Thanks
