I’m in Taiwan so naturally my region is set to Taiwan. However I’d like to use English or French as my system language. If my system is in any language other than Traditional Chinese then carplay option disappears from my settings menu and my phone cannot connect to my car. My system is already updated to 14.4. How can I fix this?

We didn't find any information indicating this is an option or not one, reviewing Use CarPlay with your iPhone. Given this, we suggest connecting with your vehicle manufacturer to confirm if this is an option.
Please keep in mind, based on your results so far, it's possible this may not be an option.
