But it is just impossible, i tried with Iphone and with the Icloud app for Windows. I get that message on the end that it is done successfull but nothing happens. And also on my bank app i checked if the money for the icloud is there but it isn't. I am already 2 day's trying this.

Gester1,

Thank you for clarifying that. You are addressing other community members like yourself here at Apple Support Communities so we would not have access to change anything on your account. Also, subscriptions do need to be done by the customer directly on their device. Let's try a few more things to see if we can get this up and running. You mentioned trying to do this on multiple devices, are all of the devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network? Have you tried connecting to a different network to see if the subscription will update?

What do you mean that the money for the upgrade doesn't show on your credit card? Do you mean you are not seeing a charge for the upgrade? If so, it can take a few days for the charge to actually show on your statement. Also, if you are part of a Family Sharing group, those charges would go to the organizer's payment method.

How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed

What does it show as your available storage when you go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud? Right at the top your should see "Storage" and it should say XXGB of 200GB used if it successfully went through. Do you see that?

If you are still unable to upgrade your storage plan, you may want to reach out to the billing team at Apple Support for further assistance. You may be able to reach them here: Get Support

Take Care!

Gester1,

Thank you for clarifying that. You mentioned being on vacation, are you in a different region than what your App Store is set to?. If that is the case, that may explain why you are unable to upgrade your storage. You may have to wait until you are back in your region to purchase iCloud Storage since purchasing it in one region only makes it available in that region.

Check out this article, it has some info on changing regions: Change your Apple ID country or region.

Enjoy your vacation!

Gester1,

Thank you for trying that again. Do you see the change on any other device besides your iPhone? Your screenshot seems to be from a computer, do you see the change in storage showing there? Is your iPhone fully up to date running the latest software. Also, noticed you are using iCloud for Windows, is that fully up to date as well? Make sure your devices meet the System requirements for iCloud.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Download iCloud for Windows

If this continues after confirming those items, you may want to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. You may be able to reach out to them here: Get Support.

Have a great day!

Hi Gester1,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, you are running into an issue when attempting to upgrade your iCloud Storage, do we have that right? What do you see if you go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Manage Storage? Since upgrading the storage, has your iPhone been restarted? You mentioned that nothing happens, do you get any type of error message?

Manage your iCloud storage

Restart your iPhone

Hope that helps!

Thanks for your answer. Yes i restarted multiple times, did that just now as a extra. i tried several times with my windows machine to upgrade my storage. It tells me at the end it is successfull. But the thing is the money for the upgrade doesn't show on my creditcard inside the app after the message that everything is successfull? I dont understand? Can't you do it manual for me in your system? I want the 200GB storage plan. Let me know thanks.

Thanks for your answer.

I am on vacation right now and i only can connect to 1 Wifi network.

Yes i am not seeing the charge of the storage update. And i posted this question/problem on the 10th of february, i also was trying it for 2 day's. It can't take that long for the charge on the creditcard.

I just see 50GB ofcourse or else i wouldn't even post this question/problem.

So i guess i need to "Get support". Problem is i can't call it's too expensive when on vacation. And they don't have a apple store on Aruba i think (almost sure). So i hope it can be fixed with a online chat or something. I will look further inside the "Get support" link when i wake up later. It's late now. Thanks for your time and trying too help this situation.

Greetings
