Why can’t I sign-in my Apple ID?

I’ve made my Apple ID on apple.com and when I login in my phone I’m getting a msg that unable to sign in because of problem communicating with iCloud. Why can’t I sign-in my id

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! We understand you are experiencing some issues with logging in to iCloud on your iPhone. We are happy to help provide some guidance.


Have you had a chance to try logging in to your iCloud account from a different device such as a computer? You can open www.iCloud.com in a web browser from any device and try signing in with your Apple ID and password you created.
