I made a payment on the 3/1/21 of £52.44 for repair of my phone and never received a receipt or box to send my phone for repair.

How did you set up the repair? Over the phone through support? Do you have a case ID for the repair request? Not a receipt but an ID number? You may do best with calling Apple Support to address this

When you spoke with them they should have been able to give you your case ID. Give it a little more time though to see if you receive the box. Also check your spam. You should receive an email.
Please can someone here help me with the payment I made to Apple of £52.44 for repairing my phone, and I didn’t get a receipt for it. It seems everyone I chat to doesn’t come back to me, they’re all ignoring my request and concern. My phone is getting worse by the day and I have no help for this. PLEASE SOMEONE HERE HELP ME.

That’s what I was saying that I did not get a receipt for it, I called Apple support , and they couldn’t find it.
I have checked all my junk mails there is nothing. Please help me, I paid my money to Apple and couldn’t be assisted.
I went to Apple Support and clicked on repair, the link asked for the serial number for my phone, what the repair was for, asked for my bank details and I paid £52.44, but I did not get any notification, message or receipt for the money I paid. I called Apple support and they told me to wait for the box for sending my phone in, which I haven’t got up to today. I have no any ID number.
